The benefits will be the following:

  • Your company will name one of the PREMIUM Cocktail-Dinners of the AAFIC Festival for being a Sponsor.
  • Logo on the AAFIC website.
  • Delivery of the material to the Speakers with their Logo.
  • 100 Tickets-Invitation with which you can Invite your Customers to participate in the PREMIUM Dinner-Cocktails. Dinners will be held in the Restoration area of ​​the AAFIC on Friday, 30th of November, and Saturday, 1st of December, from 10:00 pm to 00:00 pm. There will be 50 PREMIUM Tickets-Invitation for Friday and 50 PREMIUM Tickets-Invitation for Saturday. * From the amount of your sponsorships, 1,000€ will be allocated with VAT to deliver a first prize of 500€ with VAT, and other prizes too. For example, another  second Prize of 300€, including VAT. These awards will be destined to two of the Galleries. In addition, 200 € will be allocated with VAT for a Prize to one of the ONE PROJECTS. This prize is for one of the One Projects participating in the Fair or in the Exhibition Space, selected by our Independent Jury of the GIAF.

* Whenever the GIAF is organized – International Art Fair in Gijón. And as long as the Asturian Institutions provide us with the adequate Exhibition Space for it.

Crowdfunding is a collaborative mechanism for financing projects.

For what will I use your donations with Rewards or without Rewards:

Below we describe to what your contributions will be destined:

  • For the expenses of rent of the Hall of Acts, to be able to realize the Congress of Art and Independent Culture.
  • For the expenses of Diets, Hotel and Transports of the Speakers, in the 3rd edition of the AAFIC- Accessible Arts Festival and Congress.
  • To present our project to anyone who approaches, with free access, and free of charge, between 29th and 30th of November and 1st of December.

Donations will always receive a reward based on the money contributed.

The optimal collection amount is approximately 18,000 euros. With this amount we can hire a full-time team for all the management of technical aspects. Also for the coordination of the entire Event. With this amount we can achieve a greater social impact, making and disseminating an accessible and free evaluation protocol. In addition, we would give better diffusion of the congress, to professionals, as well as we could realize the diffusion in Streaming. We could do the dissemination of the Conferences through the Internet. This diffusion is carried out all over the world.

The AAFIC Consists of:

The main objective of the AAFIC conference will be to break the elitist image of the World of Art. Therefore it will be a conference accessible to the general public, but especially to children, women and people with disabilities.

Therefore, our main objective is education in non-discrimination. In addition, we will try to enhance the presence of women, and their visibility in the field of arts and culture. This always from any format: exhibitions, actions, ephemeral constructions, video, workshops, etc.

This Congress is aimed at all professional profiles, within the fields of art and culture, be they from public or private sector. They can be independent artists or professionals, entrepreneurs, critics, managers, curators. Also gallerists, collectors, designers, teachers, writers, directors of public institutions, editors, etc. All of them professionals who work to improve the visibility and equality of women in the artistic, social and cultural fields.

About donations with reward:

The rewards for collaborating are gifts to thank you for your selfless help. They are from the attendance to the Cocktail-Dinner with the Speakers, to the use of the VIP Stand of the Organization. It is also possible to participate as Speakers on the days of the Congress. Or that they can acquire original works of artists with our Cultural Department.   • Under reservation, includes 4 Invitation Tickets (2 for each work lunch), for Work-Lunches with Participating Speakers. These lunches will be held on 30th of November and 1st of December.   • You can choose an original work by an artist that is exhibited at the GIAF (Gijón Internacional Arte Feria). For your election you can receive the advice of our Cultural Department. The price of the work must not exceed € 500, with VAT included.

Tote Morán, as the creator of this congress, organize your events at the AAFIC and the GIAF, as they are unique cultural destinations. VIP STAND of the Organization:

This is a space that must be coordinated with the President, Founder & Ceo Tote Morán about the possibility of its use. It must be used under previous Reservation (to know its availability and costs), and exclusivity.

In this space, you can organize business meetings, private activities with your clients, friends or artists, or presentations to media, etc., etc.

In all the activities that are organized, in any space of the AAFIC, only Products of our Sponsors can be used, exclusively. And they can only be served in exclusivity, by the Restaurant and Catering Company that has acquired the Concession of our Official Meeting Point of Catering and Restoration of the AAFIC.

In the VIP STAND of the Organization, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, we will organize, for our Ambassadors, Patrons, Speakers, Congressmen, Exhibitors, Artists and Guests, a series of tastings of Asturian Products.
