Between its artists they emphasize: Cristina Pato, Mutenrohi, Anxo Lorenzo, Quempallou, Maria do Ceo, Lume or Eva Carreras …

The musical sector is very little gremialista and with little social recognition. Working conditions must be dignified and work in a common front.

Procure the independence of the artist against the big media lobbies and Public Administrations, to guarantee the survival of musical diversity.

Application of existing standards in reference to the Patronage Act and the Audiovisual Media Law.

Need to work in strategic lines that transcend political alternations. Consequently, it is claimed to respect the agreed points in 2008, in Ávila and in Vic, within the framework of the “Popular Music Forums”, organized by the Directorate of INAEM and where the main organizations and sectors were represented.

Fourteen consensual points, clear and concise, for the development of the sector came out of the I Forum of Popular Music. They were endorsed by the Ministry of Culture. These points include: code of good practices, creation of quality seal, tax regulation, training courses for technicians, music in the education system, the status of the artist, circuits and mobility, a law of music, a music export office, and coordination with other ministries.

In the II Forum of Popular Music, different commissions presented elaborated documents referring to: “Regulation of the sector: Deontology and Training”, “Economic Aspects” and “The Office of Music Exportation”, works that have now been paralyzed. Other proposals were also agreed: creation of a center for the dissemination of popular music, creation of a sectoral executive with representation in the State Council, reform of the calls for aid from INAEM, coordination of circuits between the Autonomous Communities, and with the Network of Theaters, interlocution with other ministries and other general directorates.

Promote the viability of the necessary Law of Music, from which aspects intrinsic to the sector would be regulated: recognition of the associations and business organizations of the sector, study and training plans, planning of infrastructures, promotion and dissemination, aid programs and subsidies, the licensing of the sector, the relationship with rights management entities, the creation of resource centers, and the regularization and professionalization of cultural and musical managers.

Increase the Spanish and Asturian representation in European organizations or associations.

It is necessary that the Ministry of Culture convene a State Conference of the Professional and Business Sector of Music to address a new direction for public cultural policies destined at music.

INTEGRATION of equipment

The integration of Teams corresponds to the dynamic stage in the process of creating the AAFIC. The candidates should always be objectively evaluated to obtain the best result from each one of them.

The Organizing Team is subject to the type of event, magnitude, recipients, duration, and programs that integrate it, so its size will be determined for all these factors.

The organization of the Organizing Team is a fundamental factor for the success of the event, and the development of the meeting will depend on its coordination. All the details should be planned in advance and each committee should focus on carrying out its objective. As well as each committee should coordinate with the other committees in order to ensure that the meeting is carried out without problems or setbacks.

Classification of teams:

Organizing Team: The organization of said committee will be designated by President Tote Morán. The executive vice president of the Association, its secretary and its members or advisors, if any, will assist in said organization.

President, Founder & CEO:

Tote Benito Morán

Protocol Office and Technical Secretariat:

Elena Cano Barroso

Graduated in Spanish Language and Literature from Uned.

Master in Communication Management, Public Relations and Protocol by the Uned Foundation.

My passion is language.

I believe in language as a way of creating our world, in its power to express it. Because I believe we give life to what is inside of us when we give to them a name, that is, when we assign them a word. As Octavio Paz said in his book Libertad bajo Palabra, we created reality by naming it. That is why I like to take care of the language, because it names the world in which we live, or rather, what we perceive.

But not only words are important to me, but also are commas, for example. A coma can vary greatly the meaning of a phrase and give it very different, even opposite, senses, depending on whether it is used or not, or if it is put in one place or another.

And I also believe in communication as a way of creating necessary relationships between us. Communication gives life, places us in front of others and confirms our existence by giving and receiving from others, making us know for others and knowing us of them.

And if language express our internal world, with communication we stablish ourselves in the external and wise world. As neccesary is one thing as the other.

Tax, Accounting and Labor Team:

María Luisa González Fernández

Diploma in Business Sciences from the University of Oviedo.Member of the Superior Council of Official Colleges of Commercial Graduate of Spain. Titled by the Chamber of Commerce of Paris in commercial French.

Programming and Cultural Management Team:

It will be in charge of organizing and reporting the Conferences, the Fair, and the series of activities that will be carried out in parallel. It will depend directly, and it will be under the orders of Tote Morán.

Communication and Advertising Team:

Its objective is to design, plan and promote the attendance and dissemination of the event by Asturias, Spain, and internationally. Dissemination that will take place within the world of art, culture and education or other important areas.

We are a small studio of design, communication, graphic and cultural management. Our work covers the whole process of creation and development of graphic, editorial and / or cultural projects, contributing during this process to the most appropriate knowledge and ideas for each project.

We have extensive professional experience and a multidisciplinary training. This training is constant and we bet on continuous learning in all the areas we work.

Likewise, we are meticulous when it comes to documenting and preparing each work, since the enthusiasm with which we face each project is aimed at obtaining final results of excellence, and therefore, our vision is necessarily global and diverse. We listen to our clients, we propose ideas, we are fast and effective.

The name of our brand is not casual. Back in 2015, during a lecture we attended, a veteran anthropologist made us reflect on the bankruptcy of reason. Referred to a principle of identity-contradiction, by which reality can be the same thing and simultaneously its opposite.

We believe in this principle, we do not embrace any method of work, and we have the pretension to be honest and ethical as people and as professionals. But we never discard new ideas or proposals, nor do we approach projects as a closed circle. Teamwork must be active listening so that all parties are fully satisfied.

Trabajando en Positivo

The  Coordinadora Trabajando en Positivo is  a network of 16 entities present in 10 Autonomous Communities, which work on the national response  to HIV within Spain.

We combine support for people in situations of social exclusion, to  improve their employability, with the sensitization and awareness of the agents  involved in the workplace. In addition, we support companies to improve their social commitment. This commitment occurs in the areas of human rights, diversity management, equal opportunities and non-discrimination, as well as in the area of social action.

Since 2014, we have been promoting the project  “Responsible companies with HIV and AIDS in Spain”. This project makes tools available to companies,  so that they become involved in the promotion of non-discrimination. And so, that they also become involved in the prevention of Sexually Transmitted Infections  (including HIV).

Article 23 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights establishes that:

Work is a human right. According to data from several studies and reports carried out in Spain, the reality  of people with HIV in relation to access and permanence in the labor market is characterized by a high level of unemployment. This unemployment reaches  over 50% in Spain.

Among the factors that aggravate this situation is not age, 63% of  people with HIV in Spain are between 20 and 49 years old, which is the most productive period  of the human being. Neither is a lack of interest of the person to work, since most would want to get a job and therefore seeks  employment.

Unfortunately, the lack of information, myths, stigma and  discrimination associated with the disease are the factors that make impossible  for people with HIV to access employment or stay in jobs. Some of these people have experienced discrimination and  rejection. In Spain, 25.8% of the  people surveyed would feel between something and totally uncomfortable if  any / a work partner had HIV, and 23.7% would try to avoid it. This survey is according to the study “Evolution of the Beliefs and Attitudes  of the Spanish Population towards People with HIV between 2008 and 2012”, of SEISIDA (Spanish Interdisciplinary Society of AIDS).

The accreditations for the media and bloggers will be open from February the 1st in 2018 to November the 27th in 2018.

Times have changed and we know it, that’s why our Congress can not afford not to hear about audiences or technology. That is, you can not afford not to take a look at social networks. And use them to discover what topics the people we want to reach talk about.

Room after room, hour after hour, the Conference Speakers, and the most powerful digital media and tools of the moment, will be throwing clues about it.

During the four days of the Congress, we will put into practice a very simple idea:

We have prepared a room for Digital Media and Bloggers, but these will be professionals dedicated to the World of Art, Education and Culture.

These media and bloggers must have regular publications and must be active. In addition, the media must have a limited capacity of people, so that they continue to do journalism, and dissemination of the news with the highest possible quality. But, without losing the essence, that is to say, of his dedication to the world of Art, Education and Culture.

And we will take advantage of all the information that the new tools give us to reach an increasingly dispersed reader.

We are going to produce a very interesting content, but we will need all the means at our disposal for the public to read it.

The number of accreditations is limited, so we will grant accreditation in order of registration.

Please request your free accreditation with enough time in advance, as once the capacity is completed, ¡¡there will be no possibility to expand the space more !!

We remind you that your data will be included in the file of TOTE ART MADE & COMMERCE, protected by current legislation. This information about your data will have the purpose of accrediting your participation as a blogger, and also for the sending of information to you of your interest.
